Shipping & Returns

This policy covers Depot Club apparel purchased through our Shop. It does not cover Depot Club, Portrait, or Executive photography and video bookings, which are governed by our Terms of Service.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping address is collected at checkout through Stripe.

Orders are produced to order by our production partner rather than shipped from stock, so please allow reasonable production time in addition to shipping time. We don't guarantee a specific delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at management@bashbenzo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Because each item is produced to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a defect or an incorrect order, including size or fit. Please check the sizing information on each product page before ordering.
