Where your pieces go
Our studio in Atlanta, GA. You ship tracked and insured, and we send the address once your shoot is booked.
A photo the day it arrives
We send you a photo of every piece when it lands, so you know it is safe. If anything is damaged or lost with us, we pay what it cost to make.
Your pieces come back
We ship every piece back after your shoot. Return shipping is $25, added to your shoot. Don't need them back? Skip it and our team keeps them.
When your content lands
We shoot within 3 days of your pieces arriving. Your files land 48 to 72 hours after the shoot. Plan on about 2 to 4 weeks from the day you ship to the day you post. Dropping sooner than that? Your content will likely land after launch.
