BASHBENZO ("BASHBENZO," "we," "us," or "our") is a photography and production studio operated by Sebastian "Benzo" Thomas, based in Atlanta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect through bashbenzo.com and our booking process, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you submit an inquiry, apply for a Depot Club shoot, reserve a Portrait or Executive session, sign up for our newsletter, or place a Shop order, including brand name, Instagram handle, website, desired dates, and any message you send us.

Payment information: when you pay a deposit, balance, or make a Shop purchase, payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles that in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

Shipping information: if you book a Depot Club package, we collect the shipping address needed to send your product to our studio and return it to you, and any tracking number you provide.

Contract information: if you sign a service agreement with us, we collect your typed legal name, the date and time of signing, and which service the agreement covers.

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver your session or Depot Club package, process payment, fulfill Shop orders, send you service-related communications (booking confirmations, calendar invites, delivery notifications), and, if you opt in, send our newsletter.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business, each of which processes your information only for the purpose described:

Stripe: payment processing for deposits, balances, and Shop orders.

Airtable: our internal client-management system, used to store and organize inquiry and booking information.

Resend: sends transactional emails related to your booking (confirmations, notifications).

Google Calendar: used to schedule and send calendar invitations for booked Portrait and Executive sessions.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf. We only share the information each service needs to perform its function for us.

bashbenzo.com uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function correctly. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain booking, contract, and communication records for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and maintain accurate business records. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to our need to retain certain records for legal or accounting purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. To make any of these requests, contact us using the information below.

Our services are directed at businesses and individuals of legal age to enter into a contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of bashbenzo.com after a change means you accept the updated policy.
