TRVST Labs
From Struggling Launch to The Depot Club Hall of Fame
The story
For over 10 years, TRVST Labs was building.
The vision was always there. The talent was undeniable.
After attending one of the world's leading fashion schools, founder TRVST dedicated years to perfecting his craft, developing collections, and chasing the dream of building a brand that could stand beside the biggest names in fashion.
But like many founders, something still wasn't clicking.
The challenge
The products were improving. The designs were getting stronger. But the brand wasn't growing the way it deserved.
For years, TRVST Labs found themselves charging lower prices than the product deserved, chasing viral content instead of building a lasting brand, launching collections without a complete campaign, missing the creative assets needed to support paid advertising, and constantly creating but never creating momentum.
The product wasn't the problem. The presentation was.
The turning point
Everything changed when TRVST Labs partnered with The Depot Club.
Instead of creating random content, we built a complete launch system around every collection: campaign photography, white background product images, product videos, lifestyle content, advertising creatives, creative direction, and brand positioning.
Every piece finally had a story. Every launch finally had a campaign. Every collection finally felt like an event.
The result
Today, TRVST Labs is no longer competing on price. The brand has evolved into a premium fashion label with a clear identity, consistent creative direction, and campaigns that finally match the quality of the product.
More importantly, the foundation has been built for long term growth, not short term hype.
TRVST Labs is now on the path to becoming one of the first brands inducted into The Depot Club Hall of Fame as a $100,000/month clothing brand.

The lesson
Most clothing brands don't fail because they make bad products. They fail because great products are introduced with weak creative.
The difference between a product and a brand is the campaign that brings it to life.
