When am I charged?
On shoot day. $0 today. Your card is saved when you reserve, not charged.
I have more than one piece. What does it cost?
Pick your piece count when you reserve. Up to 4 pieces is $600 more, up to 8 pieces is $1,200 more. You see your exact total before you save your card.
Do I need a model, a stylist or a location?
No. Our model, our studio, our styling and our editing are all included. Studio + Location includes the location too. You just ship the clothes.
Are my pieces safe?
Ship them tracked and insured to our Atlanta studio. We handle them with care and ship every piece back to you, tracked and insured.
Do I approve anything before the shoot?
Yes. You approve the look before we shoot anything.
Can I just do location?
Location shoots always include studio shots, so you get both.
How long do I have to ship?
14 days from when you reserve. Ship inside that window to keep your spot.
What counts as a piece?
A piece is one item. A matching top and bottom is 2 pieces. Accessories count as a piece each.
What size should I send?
Send Men's M or Women's S, so it fits our models.
Who pays shipping?
You cover shipping both ways: to our studio, and back to you.
How fast do I get my content?
We shoot within 3 days of your pieces arriving. Your files land 7 to 14 business days after the shoot. Ship about 3 weeks before your drop and you can post before launch day.
What if I do not like it?
If it misses the direction we agreed on, we reshoot it once, free.
Can I use the content for ads and my website?
Yes. Full usage rights on everything we deliver.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Ship your pieces within 14 days of reserving, or your reservation is released. Free to cancel anytime before you ship your pieces. After your pieces arrive, reschedule free with 2 business days' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows: $150.
